Program Overview

This is a free, community-run 4-month program that offers college and university students an opportunity to see what the clean energy industry looks like through the lens of various stakeholders and professionals. The goal of the program is to expand access to clean energy careers for students who identify as first-generation, low-income, and/or Black, Indigenous, or person of color.

    Self-paced weekly videos on technical understanding of solar energy and community engagement with real-world examples on clean energy careers.

  • Live Guest Lectures

    Hear from professionals in the industry on a range of climate & energy topics like policy, storytelling, and environmental justice.

  • Collaborative Opportunities

    Build a stronger sense of community by hosting your own climate event in partnership with local public agencies and nonprofits.
